Facebook and the other social networks have been in the news frequently for allowing companies to abuse the data they collect from across the web. You will be pleased to hear that our site does not provide any data to Facebook or the other social networks. Any network share buttons that you may see on our site are passive links that do not transmit any data to the social network unless you click on them to share information about our site. This is in stark contrast to the many sites on the Internet that communicate with Facebook every time a visitor arrives at their site.

Having said that, we would love to have you recommend our site to friends via the social network links that we provide. If you like our services, this is one of the best ways that you can support our efforts. But it’s completely up to you, our user. We do not register visits with any social network without your explicit action to do so.
